Fløibanen is one of Fjord Norway's most famous attractions.

It is also the Nordic countries only course of its kind. It runs every day throughout the year from early morning to late evening. The trip up is exciting for both children and adults and the view at the top of Fløyen is unbeatable.

In the middle of Bergen city centre, you will find Fløibanen's lower station, only 150 m from Fisketorget and Bryggen.

A trip with Fløibanen takes you to the top of Fløyen and the trip takes about 5 minutes. The trip itself is exciting, while the view at the top is fantastic. Especially on sunny days when you can see all the way out into the Norwegian Sea!

The two lanes have a capacity of 80 passengers and run continuously. This means that there is usually a short waiting time, even on days with heavy traffic. On Fløyen you will find a beautiful nature area ideal for shorter and longer trips. There are marked trails and hiking maps available at the top

Fløistuen Varmestue serves delicious buns and cocoa and Fløien Folkerestaurant is an ideal alternative for lunch or dinner. At Fløyen, concerts are also regularly arranged during the summer season.
