Gimo Herrgård is situated deep in the forests of Northern Roslagen, north of Stockholm.
It was the first manor house built in the Gustavian style, designed by architect Jean Eric Rehn in the 1760´s, a monument to the heyday of the Uppland ironworks.
Gimo Herrgård was the first manor-house built in Sweden in the Gustavian style. It is situated at the end of an impressive drive, by a beautiful pond surrounded by 250 year-old elms and lime trees.
