Kadeau is a small piece of Bornholm in the middle of Copenhagen. In 2013, the restaurant was awarded its first Michelin star and in 2018 its second.
Originally there was only one restaurant Kadeau in Denmark, and it was located on Bornholm. But in 2011 the backers found that it was also time to share the sunshine's delights with the Copenhageners.
Ever since the restaurant at Christianshavn, a high-grade gastromy has been served, which underwent a major reconstruction in 2016, which meant fewer places and more focus on each guest. A rebuilding, which, according to the children's own words, "brings them closer to their max".
Like its sister restaurant on Bornholm, the menu card is also inspired by Bornholm specialties and Danish produce. The success of both restaurants has since thrown another pair of buds: Nabo, who is actually neighbor of Kadeau at Christianshavn and then Pony at Vesterbrogade.
The menu changes after the season. The same does the opening hours.
