Reykjavik International Airport
The main gateway in Iceland is Keflavik International Airport around 50 minutes’ drive from Reykjavik centre.
Keflavik International Airport is situated about 48 km from Reykjavik and the airport is open 24 hours per day.
Iceland Air, the national airline operator, operates with direct flights from several European and North American cities. Air Iceland, Eagle Air and Air Arctic operate regularly scheduled flights from Keflavik Airport to domestic airports in all parts of the country.
