Tornøes Hotel

You will find Tornøes Hotel right in the middle of the characteristic Funen idyll by the seaside in Kerteminde.

The old seaside hotel Tornøes Hotel can be traced way back to the 1600s. Then it was a merchant s house, but in 1862 the builder and innkeeper Wentzel Tornøe bought the house, and in 1865 he obtained a municipal license to run an inn. This was the beginning of Tornøes Hotel, which right since then has been one of the hallmarks of the town.
