Djurgården Island

The island of Djurgården has always been a very popular area for the residents of Stockholm and visitors from all over the world.

Rosendal Palace

The beautiful royal fairy tale residence Rosendal Palace is another of the highlight at the island. The palace was built back in 1820 and many locals as tourists come here mostly during the summer to explore the palace and enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings.

Every year 5 million visiting Djurgården with top attractions like Skansen, Gröna Lund, Abba Museum and the Vasa Museum. Many visitors also come for walking and just to enjoy the natural surroundings or to have a culinary break. The obvious choice is also to rent a bike and explore the island.
