What to Pack - Greenland

Regarding the Arctic climate, the weather conditions change rapidly in Greenland, be prepared for it

The outermost layer should be wind and waterproof and underneath items such as wool and synthetic fibre and also good walking shoes or boots.

If you are going on a sailing trip we recommend you to bring a hat, gloves and a good warm scarf. Some tourist information rent out leather clothing and boots if you are going on a adventure as dogsledding.

If you are visiting Greenland in the summertime bring then also a t-shirt and shorts, but remember insect repellandt, if you visit areas where there are mosquitoes which can be a problem in July and August.
